Our role was multi-faceted and involved advising the Board of the Hospital on the sale of development land to the Land Development Agency, Walls Construction and Royalton Developments.
The supports the development of modern health facilities and a substantial number of new homes on the lands being sold. It will also involve the creation of a new city district to be known as ‘Richmond Village’.
