We hosted our Living with Remote Working webinar on Thursday 11 February. With many employees likely to retain some element of remote working as we return to 'normal', we looked at the main issues employers need to consider when it comes to remote working and what happens when employees end up working remotely in another jurisdiction. We were also joined by Dr Melrona Kirrane, Associate Professor of Organisational Psychology, DCU Business School, who talked about the pros and cons of remote working from a wellness perspective.
