About Stephen
Stephen is a Senior Associate in our Real Estate team as well as a member of our Energy team. Stephen has experience across all areas of real estate with a particular focus on healthcare and renewable energy projects.
Stephen advises some of the biggest investors in the healthcare sector in acquiring and selling trading and development assets. He has specialist knowledge in Landlord and Tenant Law with a focus on office, healthcare and renewable projects. Stephen works with borrowers and lenders on various financing transactions including development finance for forward funding structures.
Stephen advises many of the major developers in the renewable sector (SSE Renewables, NTR, Statkraft, Greencoat, Neoen) as well as lenders (Norddeutsche Landesbank Girozentrale, Allied Irish Banks, Ulster Bank) in relation to all aspects of renewable provides, from development through to operation.
