About Rachael
Rachael is an Associate in our market leading Data and Technology team and works with leading global and domestic technology companies.
Rachael advises on a wide range of commercial matters including data protection and ePrivacy compliance, which includes working with clients on complex statutory investigations and inquiries with the Data Protection Commission and other European regulators, and related litigation, and the design and implementation of large-scale, cutting-edge technical products and projects.
Rachael has particular expertise in international data transfers, the exercise of data subject rights and the management of complex data subject rights requests under Chapter III GDPR.
Rachael is on the Irish Language Register of the Law Society of Ireland.
