Rachael is a Senior Associate in our market leading Data and Technology team and works with leading technology companies on all aspects of their data protection compliance.
Rachael provides pragmatic and commercially-focused advice on a diverse range of privacy issues, including international data transfers, the management of complex data subject rights requests, compliance with the GDPR’s accountability obligations and incorporating privacy principles into the design and implementation of cutting-edge technical products and projects. She has particular expertise helping clients to navigate all stages of complex statutory investigations and inquiries with the Data Protection Commission and other European regulatory bodies, and any related litigation. She regularly advises on enforcement powers under the GDPR, including the imposition of administrative fines and non-pecuniary corrective measures.
Rachael is on the Irish Language Register of the Law Society of Ireland.
