About Luke
Luke Murray is a Senior Associate in the Data and Technology team, advising clients on EU and Irish content regulation and communications regulation.
Luke acts for a range of multinational and Irish clients on matters at the forefront of content and communications regulation, including compliance with the Digital Services Act, the Irish Online Safety Code and the ePrivacy Directive. His work spans the roll-out of new products and features through to regulatory engagement, and he has particular expertise in developing and implementing scalable compliance frameworks for global technology companies.
He has advised clients on a number of high-profile regulatory investigations, including before the European Commission, Coimisiún na Meán and the Irish Data Protection Commission. He was recognised as a ‘Leading Associate’ in the 2026 Legal 500 rankings for Telecoms.
