About Lauren
Lauren is an associate in our Public, Regulatory and Investigations team. She advises clients in both the public and private sectors in relation to public law litigation matters, regulatory, information and administrative law.
Lauren is experienced in advising public bodies on their statutory powers and duties, fair procedures and statutory interpretation. She regularly works with clients providing bespoke advice on governance issues, and the implementation of policies and procedures.
Lauren routinely represents statutory bodies in judicial review proceedings, statutory appeals and other public law litigation in the District and Superior Courts.
Lauren also advises public and private clients on their obligations under lobbying and transparency legislation.
Lauren particularly enjoys advising on legal and ethical issues for public, voluntary and private healthcare providers such as patient confidentiality and consent to treatment.
