Senior Associate

Kady is a Senior Associate on our Employment Law & Benefits Team. Her focus practice areas include both contentious and non-contentious employment law.

Kady regularly advises on day-to-day issues arising from the employment relationship. This includes the preparation and review of employment contracts and workplace policies, and advising on disciplinary investigations and dismissals.  She also has particular experience in advising national and international companies on redundancy matters and exit strategy.

Representative Matters

  • Acting as regular point of contact for a large number of global companies in both contentious and non-contentious employment law and industrial relations issues, including Uber, Furla, Boyne Valley Food Group, Gucci, Ralph Lauren, Longchamp, SMCP and Kaymed.
  • Advising on employment aspects of corporate mergers and acquisitions, to include advising on pre-transfer employment due diligence, employee consultation and the applicability and implications of TUPE in relation to business transfers.
  • Advised a semi-state body in relation to various employment law and industrial relations law issues, including advising on protected disclosures and governance issues.
