During this session, our speakers highlighted the key developments employers need to be aware of in 2026 and shared practical guidance on how to manage emerging workplace risks.

  • Developments in equality law – including the Employment (Contractual Retirement Ages) Act 2025, proposed amendments to the Employment Equality and Equal Status Acts and emerging protections around pregnancy loss.
