Brian Cronin is a Senior Associate on our market-leading Data and Technology team.
Brian advises some of the world’s leading technology companies on the roll-out of new and emerging technology products, in particular covering Artificial Intelligence, blockchain and digital assets, and minor’s safety. This includes advising on general data protection and privacy issues, the AI Act, age assurance tools, international data transfers, ePrivacy and cookies, accountability documentation, commercial agreements, privacy rights issues, and privacy by design.
Brian is a proven results-driven, commercially-minded, and collaborative lawyer with deep technological knowledge of the fields he advises on, meaning that he is able to navigate complex issues at the intersection of technology and the law in a fast-paced environment.
Brian was previously seconded to Coinbase and Google.
