Ailbhe is a Senior Associate in our Real Estate team practising in the area of commercial and residential property law. Ailbhe also has experience in the areas of renewable energy with a particular focus on wind farm projects. Ailbhe has experience acting for landlords, tenants and owner occupiers of office, retail and industrial parks in leases and other facility management issues.

Ailbhe has also provided advice to development clients on site acquisition through the planning process, negotiation of funding agreements, joint ventures and profit sharing arrangements. Ailbhe is experienced in drafting property contracts, leasing and licensing arrangements for professional property clients. Ailbhe has experience acting on behalf of receivers and providing advices throughout the course of their appointment. Ailbhe also provides property law support for the corporate and financial services departments in Mason Hayes & Curran on a regular basis.
