The Annual European Fund Finance Symposium is timely, as it coincides with a consultation which the Central Bank intends to begin also in September on its AIF Rulebook. The consultation is expected to focus on enhancements to Ireland’s flagship alternative product, the qualifying investor alternative investment fund.
