We are pleased to announce the appointment of James Gallagher as a partner in our market leading Products team.

James advises clients in a number of key sectors on the application of domestic and EU regulatory regimes throughout the life cycle of their products. He has developed a particular expertise advising multinational technology and life sciences companies on the regulatory aspects of their EU digital health strategies, with a focus on medical device software and wearables.

He has a unique ability to manage both the commercial and legal demands for clients in a highly regulated EU market. As a result, clients entrust him with their most important strategic mandates”.

Prior to us, James practised as a barrister before working at a Dublin firm specialising in healthcare and life sciences regulatory law. He holds an MSc in Food Regulatory Affairs from Ulster University and is also a graduate of Trinity College Dublin and King’s Inns.
