We are pleased to announce the promotion of Kady O'Connell to partner in our Employment Law & Benefits team. Kady brings more than ten years of employment law experience, further strengthening the firm's capabilities in this key practice area.
Kady specialises in providing strategic and commercial advice to international and domestic clients across all aspects of employment law. She has extensive experience providing counsel to international technology companies on restructuring strategies, as well as employment due diligence and on complex TUPE related matters.
Kady is known by clients for her ability to navigate sensitive HR issues, including workplace investigations and dismissals. She is an experienced litigator and regularly appears before the Workplace Relations Commission, the Labour Court, and the civil courts.

Kady is a graduate of both Trinity College Dublin and University College London, and a member of the Law Society of Ireland.
