We are delighted to announce the appointment of Laura Kearney as a Director in the firm’s Corporate Governance & Compliance team. Laura works with Irish and international clients, from start-up companies to listed and regulated public limited companies, helping them navigate the complex statutory and regulatory environment in Ireland. She also works with companies that need to restructure or reorganise for greater efficiency or to manage any unnecessary risk exposure. Laura advises on all aspects of company law, corporate governance and company secretarial practice, including advice on the impact of the Companies Act 2014 for Irish companies and directors.

A graduate of the National University of Ireland in Galway, Laura was previously a Manager with the firm.
