Our Employment Law & Benefits team advises employers across all sectors on how to best comply with their employment law obligations and to reduce legal exposure. The Workplace Relations Commission (WRC) carries out compliance inspections at workplaces across Ireland, often unannounced. To help employers proactively prepare and ensure they are inspection ready, we have developed a mock WRC workplace inspection/audit service.
