We are delighted to launch the sixth year of the Mason Hayes & Curran LLP Gender & Diversity in Aviation Survey 2021. Progress has and continues to be made in the fight against COVID-19 and many economies have started the process of full reopening. The Aviation industry continues to face uncertainty but there are opportunities as well as challenges emerging, which will impact on how we work and where we work. The emphasis on working from home and agile working arrangements will impact on recruitment and retention, career progression and the diversity and inclusion agenda.
