We are delighted to launch the 5th year of the Mason Hayes & Curran LLP Gender and Diversity in Aviation Survey. This year, due to COVID-19, the Aviation Industry faces unprecedented challenges which will impact on how we work and where we work. There are also many challenges in working from home for those with caring responsibilities, which could also impact on productivity, career progression and the diversity and inclusion agenda.

The issues of gender, diversity and inclusion remains a focus area for government and business in 2020. Through your participation in the survey, we hope to continue our focus on the Aviation industry and to highlight areas which may require attention on the road to achieving full equality and inclusion.
