This is the 4th year of the Mason Hayes & Curran's survey on gender and diversity issues in the aviation industry. The issues of gender, diversity and inclusion remain a focus area for Government, the professions and all corporates in Ireland in 2019. Through your participation in the survey, we aspire to recognise progress in the aviation industry and highlight areas which may require attention on the road to achieving full equality and inclusion.
