Individuals looking for businesses, especially social media companies, to disclose details of their users or customers who may be involved in defamation have been increasingly in the media. At this webinar, our speakers examined the difficult issue of liability in terms of online content, take-down requests and Norwich Pharmacal orders (NPOs), where an order is sought to discover the identity of a potential wrongdoer from a third party who may be able to disclose this information.
