The Irish dispute resolution landscape is evolving rapidly and staying ahead means understanding what’s coming next. This year, our annual Dispute Resolution Conference will focus on emerging developments in Irish dispute resolution, including an in-depth look at expert evidence in proceedings, evolving fraud litigation risks and other key issues shaping the legal landscape.

We will welcome Rossa Fanning SC, Attorney General of Ireland, as our keynote speaker, sharing his perspective on developments across the Irish legal landscape.
