About Yvonne
Yvonne Francis is a Knowledge Lawyer within our Real Estate team.
Prior to joining us as a Real Estate Knowledge Lawyer over three years ago, Yvonne spent more than 20 years advising on property transactions as a partner in a distinguished law firm. Her experience also includes lecturing on the BCL programme at University of Galway. In her transactional work, she has advised a broad range of clients across all areas of real estate law, including the development and financing of residential and commercial property projects, acquisition and disposal of investment property portfolios, and commercial leasing.
In her current role, Yvonne supports our real estate team by drafting and maintaining high-quality precedents, gathering and sharing real estate know how, and developing key guidance materials and handbooks. She is also actively involved in preparing and delivering internal training, as well as providing practical guidance on real estate legal issues.
