Tanya is a partner in our Commercial Litigation Team and has a wealth of experience in advising both domestic and international clients in high value, complex, contractual and tortious disputes. She regularly advises clients before the Commercial Court and her areas of expertise include breach of contract claims, warranty disputes, fraud claims, professional negligence actions and a variety of insurance related disputes.
Tanya has a particular focus on property related litigation and has a wide variety of experience in all types of property claims. Her work in this regard includes various specific performance actions, a constitutional challenge to the planning legislation and representing a client before the Commercial Court in seeking to establish, for the first time in Irish law, a right to fly over lands.
In conjunction with her Commercial Litigation practice, Tanya also has a wide range of experience in the area of public and administrative law. Tanya has acted for a number of statutory bodies in the defence of numerous judicial review actions before both the High Court and Supreme Court. She has also represented corporate bodies and individuals in the context of various statutory procedures.
