Micheál is a partner in our Financial Services team and former Head of our London Office. Micheál advises financial institutions, funds, corporates and private equity on real estate finance, syndicated credit facilities, tax driven financing structures as well as development, construction and project finance.
In recent years, he has advised vendors, banks and purchasers on the acquisition and financing of large non-performing loan portfolios. He also advises clients on loan on loan financing, distressed asset sales and restructuring. Micheál has particular experience in advising international clients on financing large residential developments, mixed-use developments, industrial facilities and data centres.
