Meghan acts for clients before the Workplace Relations Commission and the Circuit Court on a range of employment issues including unfair dismissal and employment equality/discrimination claim. Meghan represents clients before the High Court with experience in injunctive proceedings.
As part of providing Gender Pay Gap advice, she advises domestic and multinational companies in preparation of reports, from reviewing methodology to providing practical in preparation of report narratives.
