Kevin Hoy


Kevin is Chair of Mason Hayes & Curran.  He was Head of Real Estate for eight years and before that was Head of Financial Services in the firm.  Kevin has broad experience in major projects, real estate finance, the public sector and charities.  Kevin provides legal and strategic advice to various public bodies including hospitals and third level institutions, as well as major charities and not for profit organisations. He has lectured and written on a variety of real estate related topics.  Kevin was a founding member of the Urban Land Institute – Ireland and served as a member of the Conveyancing Committee of the Law Society of Ireland.  He is a member of the boards of management of Holy Faith Secondary School (Clontarf) and St Michael’s House Raheny Special National School.
