About Keith

Keith is a Partner in our Construction, Infrastructure and Utilities team. He advises on all aspects of energy and data centre projects. His approach is commercial, pragmatic and focused on supporting clients through Ireland’s transition to net zero.

Keith advises corporates, utilities, developers and lenders on a wide range of energy projects. He works across various technology types including wind, solar, storage, geothermal and conventional power generation, both onshore and offshore. He advises on the full project lifecycle, including development, M&A, financing, regulatory and grid matters.

Prior to rejoining the firm, Keith spent three years as lead in-house counsel with a global technology company, supporting several gigawatts of PPA transactions in Ireland, Europe and the US.

Keith supports data centre projects throughout their lifecycle, from early development and construction through to operations. He has significant large and hyper-scale data centre development experience across Ireland, Europe and the US.

Keith also supports clients on carbon reduction strategies, including carbon markets, insetting and climate law.
