• Acted for AIB as senior lender in the context of facilities of approximately €72 million in aggregate to Durkan (Brickfield Drive) Limited to finance the construction of large residential development of 282 residential units to be sold by way of forward sale to Goodbody Platform ICAV acting on behalf of its sub-fund Irish Residential Sub-Fund 1.

• Acted as lead counsel for Allied Irish Banks, p.l.c. as agent and a syndicate of domestic and international banks in respect of the refinance of acquisition facilities to the Mater Private Group, Ireland’s largest private hospital group

• Acted for JMK Group in respect of its €70m refinance of facilities with Barings and Fairfield Real Estate Finance related to the 421 bedroom Holiday Inn hotel at Dublin Airport, Ireland’s second largest hotel

• Acted for Allied Irish Banks, p.l.c. in respect of facilities to fund the development and delivery of large scale residential developments at Adamstown, Portmarnock and Crumlin (approximately 2000 residential units) and multiple PRS forward sales to both international and domestic purchasers

• Acted for Home Building Finance Ireland (Lending) DAC in respect of facilities of approximately €300m in aggregate to finance the construction of large scale residential developments of approximately 1500 residential units in aggregate

• Acted for Quintain Ireland in respect of its development of the €500m commercial and residential development, the related financing and the forward sale of its large scale PRS and to an international investment fund

• Acted for Allied Irish Banks, p.l.c. in respect of facilities to Brian M. Durkan Group to fund the development and delivery of PRS and Co-Living residential developments at Davitt Road, Brickfield Drive and Mountjoy Street

• Acted for Bank of Ireland in respect of facilities for the acquisition by a fund of 4 shopping centres in Ireland

• Acted for Bank of Ireland in respect of facilities to fund the acquisition of approximately 500 residential units in Dublin
