About Fionnuala
Fionnuala is an associate in both our Commercial and Technology teams having joined us from another top tier law firm based in London. Fionnuala has expertise advising clients on a wide range of technology, commercial contracts intellectual property, and corporate transactions, including brand-focused acquisitions and disposals.
She brings her experience in working on secondment for a FTSE 100 consumer goods company where she gained insight into demands on and requirements of an in-house legal function and the ways in which an external legal team can provide valuable support through succinct commercially ready advice.
