About Donnacha
Donnacha is a Senior Associate in our Health and Prosecutions Department.
Donnacha advises State agencies across a broad legal spectrum including child care law, healthcare law and regulatory prosecutions in the area of planning and environmental law and waste management, including guidance to investigators and authorised persons as to their statutory powers.
Donnacha also regularly appears before the courts as applicant for statutory agency clients such as TUSLA in child protection proceedings and the Health Service Executive in Mental Health applications involving minors. Donnacha has successfully advised State clients in relation to mutual legal assistance requests involving disclosure applications in criminal proceedings.
