• • Irish counsel to a Canadian institutional investor (one of Canada’s leading institutional asset managers, which manages several public and parapublic pension plans and insurance programmes) on the Irish law aspects of the establishment and approval (in 2019) and re-approval (in 2020, 2021 and 2022) by Euronext Dublin of its US$20 billion medium term note programme and subsequent debt issuances (US $12.45 billion and EUR €2 billion to date).
  • Lead counsel to a multilateral development bank in respect of sovereign guarantees being granted in its favour by certain G7 members in connection with loans to Ukraine’s gas utility and electricity network.
  • Lead counsel to a multilateral development bank on its entry into: (i) a €450 million Irish law InvestEU guarantee with the European Union; (ii) a €100 million Irish law EFSD guarantee with the European Union; and (iii) a €35 million and €115 million Irish law EFSD+ guarantees with the European Union.
