About Caoilinn
Caoilinn is a Senior Associate in our Dispute Resolution department. She has a varied practice and advises both private and corporate clients on contractual disputes, shareholder disputes, civil fraud, technology disputes and insolvency-related litigation.
Caoilinn has experience of multi-party proceedings and complex applications including jurisdiction challenges, anti-suit injunctions, freezing injunctions and other forms of interim relief. She also advises on various alternative dispute resolution mechanisms, including mediation and arbitration.
Prior to joining Mason Hayes & Curran in 2024, Caoilinn trained and practiced with the international firm Withersworldwide in London where she qualified in 2018. She is dual-qualified in Ireland and England and Wales.
