Caoilfhionn is a solicitor on our Employment Law & Benefits team. She advises Irish and multinational organisations on all employment law and industrial relations issues.
Caoilfhionn provides ongoing support in the management of strategic employment and HR issues, internal reorganisations and day to day employment issues. She regularly advises on all aspects of the employment relationship from investigations, grievances, absence management, employment aspects of regulatory law, redundancy and the termination of the employment relationship.
Caoilfhionn has advised clients on numerous cases before the Workplace Relations Commission, the Circuit Court and the High Court on a range of employment issues. These include unfair dismissal claims, protected disclosure related claims, injunctive proceedings and employment equality/discrimination claims.
Recently, Caoilfhionn has advised employers of their obligations under new areas of employment legislation, including the employment aspects of artificial intelligence regulation and pay transparency obligations.
