About Allison
Allison O’Gorman is a knowledge lawyer within our Financial Services team.
Allison is responsible for managing the Financial Services team’s knowledge resources, drafting and maintaining precedents, providing updates on case law and legislation, as well as horizon scanning in respect of new legislation, policy and market changes. Allison co-ordinates education for the department, which includes cross collaboration with the Mason Hayes & Curran knowledge team and other practices within the firm. She also implements strategic initiatives within the team in risk and precedent development.
Prior to joining Mason Hayes & Curran in 2019, she gained over 10 years of transactional experience as a finance lawyer. Allison gained vast experience in negotiating and structuring complex transactions in London as part of the Corporate and Leveraged Finance team at CMS and subsequently as a Director of Syndicated Loans in Lloyds TSB Bank plc. Allison also worked in general lending with Ramparts in Gibraltar.
