Alan has experience in acting for investors, financial institutions and receivers in the acquisition, disposal and leasing of commercial, residential and mixed-use real estate assets, with particular expertise in the private rental sector and portfolio sales.
His commercial insight and legal expertise allow him to give straightforward strategic advice to clients in order to get transactions completed without delay.
