About Aimee
Aimee is a Senior Associate in our Dispute Resolution team, specialising in commercial disputes.
She advises on a wide range of complex commercial litigation matters, including shareholder disputes, technology-related litigation and judicial review proceedings.
Aimee has significant regulatory experience, having advised on inquiries by the Irish Data Protection Commission, referrals to the European Data Protection Board, and related appeals before the Irish High Court and the General Court of the European Union.
She has also been involved in a number of matters utilising alternative dispute resolution mechanisms, including mediation.
