About Éilis
Éilis is an Associate in our market leading Technology team.
She advises on the EU Digital Services Act (DSA), as well as related content regulation laws such as the AVMS Directive, and Ireland's Online Safety and Media Regulation Act.
Éilis regularly assists clients on regulatory compliance with a broad range of novel legal issues arising from emerging legislation at a domestic and an EU level. In particular, she advises a range of service providers on compliance with the DSA, from considering whether and how the DSA may apply, through to regulatory engagement at both a national and EU level.
She advises clients on the complex legal and regulatory framework in the EU as it relates to harmful and illegal online content. She has experience in data protection matters and the upcoming e-Evidence Framework, advising clients on policy documentation and preparation for compliance.
