We are pleased to announce the appointment of Domhnall Breatnach as a new partner in our Dispute Resolution team.

Domhnall advises on multi-party litigation before all Irish courts and the Court of Justice of the European Union. He has extensive experience advising on commercial disputes across a range of sectors, with particular expertise in Life Sciences and Technology. He assists clients on a number of areas including regulatory investigations, intellectual property and product liability claims. He also advises on alternative dispute resolution processes.

Prior to joining, Domhnall worked with another leading Irish law firm. He has a Bachelor of Law from University of Limerick and a Master’s Degree from Kings College London specialising in IP.
