New Co-Head of Dispute Resolution: Gerard Kelly

We are pleased to announce the appointment of Gerard Kelly as Co-Head with Maurice Phelan of our Dispute Resolution practice. The appointment comes in response to the increasing strategic importance of Ireland as a hub for dispute resolution and the continued expansion of the firm’s team. Gerard and Maurice will work to lead the next phase of the practice’s growth, complementing the firm’s established expertise in commercial litigation by strengthening the breadth of the specialist litigation teams.
Gerard brings a wealth of experience in business-critical litigation and arbitration, reinforcing the firm’s position as a leader in dispute resolution. He will also continue as head of the firm’s multi-award winning Intellectual Property team. His appointment highlights our proactive approach to addressing the evolving needs of our clients and the market.
