Our Managing Partner, Will Carmody, is featured in the latest Business Plus Commercial Law Report.

The annual report profiles Ireland’s leading commercial law firms and includes commentary from managing partners on the legal and business issues that are shaping the market.

Will discussed the pace of legislative change and the growing importance of deep specialist expertise, along with his outlook for the firm.

He observed that for many clients, the challenge is not any single piece of legislation, but the cumulative weight of obligations building up across multiple regimes at the same time.

Will commented:

“Clients need to manage a landscape that is simultaneously tightening in some areas and loosening in others, and to identify the commercial opportunities that shift creates.

Our role throughout all of this is to help clients scale while managing risk in parallel.”
