Gender & Diversity in Aviation Survey 2025 - Now Open

We are pleased to open our 10th annual Gender & Diversity in Aviation Survey. Over the past decade, the survey has helped us to track how the aviation industry is progressing on its journey towards greater equity and inclusion.

Many global companies are rebranding and reframing their diversity, equity and inclusion programmes. As the industry continues to evolve, your perspectives are more important than ever. They help identify trends across the aviation industry, the areas where progress is being made, and those where more focus is needed.
