This is the seventh year of the Mason Hayes & Curran LLP Gender and Diversity in Aviation Survey. The Aviation industry continues to experience huge change and there are opportunities as well as challenges emerging. We continue to track how these changes are impacting the diversity and inclusion agenda.

If you work in the Aviation industry, we would be very grateful if you could share your views and personal experiences on these issues by participating in the 2022 survey. The issues of gender, diversity and inclusion remains a focus area for government and business in Ireland and EU in 2022 and 2023. Through your participation in the survey, we continue our focus on the Aviation industry and seek to highlight areas which may require attention across the sector on the road to achieving full equality and inclusion.
