We are pleased to announce the appointment of Eimear O’Brien as Of Counsel in the firm’s Intellectual Property and Food & Beverage teams.

Eimear advises on a broad range of intellectual property matters including trade mark protection, passing off, and patent infringement. She also advises clients on defamation litigation. Eimear recently advised on the assignment of two large publication portfolios following the winding down of the existing publishers. Eimear also managed the distribution and protection of the various intellectual rights in the context of the transactions, showcasing her expertise in practical IP matters. Eimear is a graduate of Trinity College Dublin and a qualified Irish and European trade mark and design attorney.
