About Tomás
Tomás is a senior associate in our Construction, Infrastructure and Utilities team specialising in non-contentious construction law, with a particular focus on commercial and residential development transactions.
He advises clients on all aspects of construction procurement and project documentation including building contracts, professional appointments, collateral warranties and ancillary agreements. His commercial real estate experience spans large-scale developments such as hotels, data centres, and high-profile city centre office developments. On the residential side, his practices has a strong focus on social housing and he regularly acts for Approved Housing Bodies and funders.
