About Tara
Tara is Of Counsel in our Debt Capital Markets, Structured Finance & Derivatives team. She is a dual qualified lawyer, admitted in Ireland and England & Wales.
Tara has extensive cross border experience acting for financial institutions and corporates on a range of finance transactions, including international debt capital markets and structured finance mandates. Her practice covers public offers and private placements of debt securities, EMTN programmes and listings. Tara also regularly advises corporates and banks on securities markets regulation.
Tara previously worked for one of the world’s largest international law firms in several jurisdictions including Luxembourg, London and Dublin, with a particular focus on debt capital markets transactions.
