About Robert
Robert is a Senior Associate in our Corporate team. Robert advises on a broad range of corporate matters including private mergers and acquisitions, investments, limited partnerships, joint ventures and shareholders’ agreements and arrangements.
Prior to joining the firm, he was an Associate in the Corporate & Investment Funds group of a leading international law firm in Dubai. He specialises in mergers and acquisitions, private equity and venture capital. Robert has also worked with large international asset managers and sovereign wealth funds on the establishment and management of investment vehicles.
Robert previously trained and qualified at another leading commercial law firm in Dublin. He has vast experience working on sell side and buy side M&A deals and he has extensive experience working for investors and investees in various sectors.
