About Míde
Míde is a Senior Associate in our Real Estate team.
Míde advises on a broad range of real estate transactions including sales and acquisitions of commercial properties, commercial leasing, asset management, real estate financing and corporate sales & restructuring.
Míde’s asset management experience includes advising on landlord & tenant law and negotiating leases & renewal leases, agreements for leases, assignments and surrenders in the retail and office sectors in particular. She also advises both buyers and sellers on all aspects of acquiring/selling commercial properties including office & retail assets and development land.
Míde has acted on behalf of both borrowers and lenders in real estate financing transactions and is experienced in preparing and agreeing certificates of title and title reports. She carries out and advises on the real estate aspects of corporate due diligence projects and prepares due diligence reports in this regard.
Míde’s clients include high-profile institutional investors, financial institutions, private organisations and charities.
