• Acting for Meta in in appeals before the High Court and the EU’s General Court against the Irish Data Protection Commission’s decision in respect of data transfers from the EEA to the US.

• Acting for Meta in appeals before the High Court and the EU’s General Court of the Data Protection Commission’s decision to fine Meta €405 million for alleged GDPR breaches in relation to Instagram.

• Acting for CDB Aviation in its insurance claim arising from the leasing of aircraft to various Russian airlines.

• Acted for Ticketmaster in relation to an investigation into alleged anti-competitive behaviour by the Competition and Consumer Protection Commission in the provision of tickets and the operation of ticketing services for live events.

• Advised an accountancy firm in respect of multiple claims totalling €100 million brought by investors concerning investments in commercial property in Ireland and the United Kingdom.

• Advised a defence and aerospace company on a €85 million acquisition implemented by scheme of arrangement in the Commercial Court.
