About Hannah

Hannah is an Associate on our Planning and Environment team.

She advises across a broad range of areas relating to the consenting and licensing processes, including development in the maritime area, data centres, ESG, health & safety obligations, energy law, development plans, zoning and compulsory acquisition, among others.

Hannah also represents clients in planning and environmental litigation, including judicial review challenges and injunctions.

Hannah completed her training at Mason Hayes & Curran LLP and qualified onto the Planning and Environment team in May 2022.

Hannah is on the Irish Language Register of the Law Society of Ireland.

Acting for EirGrid in a number of judicial review proceedings relating to an electricity transmission project.
Acting for EdgeConnex in a judicial review of the South Dublin County Development Plan related to the planning and environmental elements of their proposed data centres.
Advising an international developer on the permits for a number of thermal generation stations, including planning permission and IED licencing applications.
Acting for Uisce Éireann in High Court proceedings relating to the State’s obligation to provide translations of statutory instruments, relating to planning law, in the Irish language.
