About Eoin
Eoin McCague is a Senior Associate on our Corporate team and is based in our New York office.
Eoin advises on a range of corporate work, including mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructurings, corporate governance, commercial and contractual arrangements and joint ventures. He also provides commercial advisory support to clients across diverse industries and sectors.
In his capacity as a Senior Associate, Eoin has advised a mix of public and private companies including, but not limited to, a number of Irish incorporated U.S. headquartered companies. He has also advised U.S. companies in various industries on inward investments into Ireland.
