• Successfully pursued proceedings to judgment in excess of €2 million in a complex enforcement matter involving statutory assessments raised against a debtor by a State authority.
• Obtained judgment of over €1.18 million against a highly litigious debtor, notwithstanding the debtor’s prior adjudication as bankrupt in the United States.
• Successfully applied to the High Court for the appointment of a receiver by way of equitable execution over pension assets, resulting in recovery of funds from pension trustees.
• Acting in multiple High Court proceedings seeking to reverse transfers of property to third parties identified as having been carried out with the intention of defeating creditor claims.
• Experienced in pursuing enforcement against non-resident debtors, where recovery is viable against assets located in Ireland.
